Guests get when and where the ceremony and reception are, with directions to each, the places to stay you recommend, the dress code with example photos, your gift list and a short note from you. Every wedding shows a small “Made with Sparkle” line, bundle or not, until you add Remove Sparkle branding.

Yes. Leave the date blank when you create your wedding, and add it in Wedding details once you’ve booked. Your guest list, colours and details can all start now. Guests can join once the date is set, so your invite link, QR codes and cards wait for it, and nobody counts down to a guess.

Once, per wedding, on the web. The premium bundle is £99, and you add only the features your day needs, from £19 to £49 each. Every price is on the pricing page.

Yes, for the full experience. The Sparkle wedding app, for iPhone and Android, is how guests get your day: updates on the day, the day itself even with no signal, voice notes, song requests and the livestream. Ask them to download it before they travel. A guest who can’t install it can still reply, see the order of the day, share photos and sign the guestbook in their browser, but that’s a limited fallback, and it says so. Either way, they see only your day.

Once the app has opened your wedding with signal, the order of the day, tables and details work offline. Guestbook lines and song requests made without signal are sent when it returns.

Yes. Approve photos before they appear or let them straight in, hide or delete any photo or guestbook line, or show guests only a line that someone shared.

Any guest can report a photo, a guestbook line or a song request, and anything you put up yourselves: one of your pages or a photo on it, a message, or your cover photo. It leaves their view at once and comes to you and to Sparkle. You aren’t told who reported it. You can hide or delete a photo or line, remove a song request, or take the guest off your guest list, and anyone can block someone to stop seeing what they share.

Yes. Whoever owns the wedding can delete it from the dashboard, and the guest list, replies, photos, the guestbook and your pages go for everyone within minutes. We keep only a record of what you bought, for our accounts, and our own copy of any report made there, for a year from when it was made. Our backups age out within 35 days. Download your photos and the guestbook first if you want them. Guests can delete their own account from the app or their browser.

Until you delete it, with nothing more to pay. Two years after the day, or after you last opened it if that’s later, we email every host to ask whether to keep it: one click keeps it, as does opening it, and we ask again two years on. Only if none of you answers three emails is it deleted, and each one says the day.

Yes. Share a separate evening link. Those guests see the evening’s parts of the day, aren’t asked about the wedding breakfast and aren’t given a table, and your counts show day and evening apart.

Yes. Paste it from a spreadsheet or choose a CSV file, with a name, email, party size and day or evening for each invitation. Each household gets its own link to print as a QR code or send, and your list shows who hasn’t joined yet.

Yes. Record a reply that came by post, by phone or in person on your guest list, and it counts with the rest. If they join later, it’s waiting for them as their own reply to change.

Yes. After the day, every guest can save the photos they can see from the app, at full size. The guestbook is yours alone to download.

Yes. Name a helper, such as the best man, for photos, the guestbook or song requests. They look after that part for you, and can’t change anything else.

Yes. Your planner takes one of the three host seats every wedding comes with, and gets all their weddings in one place and a “Planned by” credit in your app. When you’re ready, they hand the wedding over to you in one step.

They switch between them in the app, each in its couple’s own names and colours. It’s a short list of the weddings they’re invited to, never a feed.
