Report a concern

Tell us about something on Sparkle that’s illegal or could harm someone, ask us to look again at a decision we made about you, or complain about how we use your personal data. Anyone can use this form, with or without an account.

Before you start

At a wedding? The quickest way to report a photo, a guestbook line or a song request is where you saw it: open its “…” and choose Report. The couple and Sparkle both see it.
If you’ve seen a sexual image of a child, don’t download, copy or share it, even to show us: just tell us where it is. You can also report it anonymously to the Internet Watch Foundation at report.iwf.org.uk.

Before you send it: only Sparkle sees what you send here, not the couple, and the person it’s about is never told who reported them. If you’re appealing, we’ll tell you what we decided and why, but never who reported you.

What happens next

A person reads every concern: no automated tool decides.
We’ll look into it and aim to email you what we decide, and why, within 2 days, and within 30 days at the latest.
If you disagree with what we decide, reply to our email and we’ll look at it again.
We keep what you send us for a year, then delete it.
