How long do you keep our wedding?
Until you delete it, with nothing more to pay. Every two years after the day, we check that you’d still like it kept.

Step by step
After the day, your wedding stays on Sparkle as it is: its photos, the guestbook and your pages, for you and your guests.
Two years after your wedding, or after the last time any of you opened it in the dashboard or the app if that’s later, Sparkle asks every host by email whether to keep it. A wedding with no date counts from the day you made it.
To keep it, choose “Keep our wedding” in any of those emails, the surest way, or open the wedding in the dashboard or the app while you’re online (if you have more than one, switch to it). We ask again two years later.
If none of you answers three emails, sent about 30 days apart, the wedding is deleted about 30 days after the last, as if you’d deleted it yourselves. Each email says the day. We count an email only once it’s been delivered to one of you: if we can’t reach any of you, we don’t delete it.
Good to know
Your Overview’s “Keep your memories”, after the day, says when the next check-in is.
Co-hosts and your planner are hosts too: any one of you keeping it is enough. Guests aren’t asked, but a wedding your guests are still using while we ask isn’t deleted.
Download your photos and the guestbook whenever you like, whatever you decide.
