How do we replace an invite link that’s been shared?

Choose “Replace this link” on its card on your Overview. The old link stops working at once, and everyone who has already joined stays.

Step by step

On your Overview, find the card for the link: Day guests or Evening guests.
Choose “Replace this link”, read what happens, then choose “Replace link”.
Share the new link in its place. Anyone who opens the old one is told to ask you for the new one.
Printed cards and QR codes with the old link stop working too: reprint them from Print cards.

Guests who have already joined keep their place and their replies.
The cards stay on your Overview on the day and after it, so a link that gets out at the wedding can be replaced there and then.
With the photo wall, the QR code in the corner of the venue screen, while you show it, carries the new day link within a minute.
Like every guest link, a new one needs your wedding date first.

Every invitation on your guest list has its own link. Copy it, show its QR code, or print a personal card for each invitation from Print cards.
How do we invite some guests to the evening only?
Make an evening invite on your Overview and share its link or QR code. Evening guests see only the evening and aren’t asked about the wedding breakfast.
