How do we tell guests when and where?

   Open Guest info in your dashboard.

   Under When and where, add the ceremony’s time and place, and the reception’s place, with its time if you like. An address makes directions more exact.

   Under Places to stay, add up to eight, each with its area, its website and a note, such as the code for your room rate.

   Under The details, add the dress code, with up to six example photos of what to wear if you like, a link to your gift list and one short note for guests, such as where to park or when carriages are.

   Choose “Save guest info”. Guests see it on Home, in the app and in their browser.

Good to know

• Every place gets Directions: in the app it opens the guest’s own maps app, and in a browser, Google Maps in a new tab.

• Once your schedule has parts, guests read the times there, so they never see two that disagree. “Start your schedule from these” adds the ceremony and reception to an empty one.

• Example photos show guests what you mean by the dress code. Give each a caption, such as “Navy or grey suits”, and use your own photos or ones you have permission to share. Guests tap one to see it full size.

• A guest who can’t come still sees your gift list. Links open the page you give, in the guest’s browser: Sparkle doesn’t book rooms or take payment for them.
