How do I add a co-host?
On the Team page, choose “Invite a co-host” and send them the link. They get a host seat as soon as they join. A wedding has three host seats.

Step by step
Open Team and choose “Invite a co-host”.
Add their name and email if you like, so you can tell your invites apart, then choose “Create invite link”.
Copy the link or show its QR code, and send it to them.
Once they join, saying they’re 18 or over, they’re a host. Revoke an invite still waiting at any time.
Good to know
The link works once, for 14 days. Sparkle can’t email it for you yet: copy the link and send it yourself.
Every wedding has three host seats, the owner’s included; two more are a £19 add-on.
Any host can invite a co-host; only the owner can change host seats.
For the best man on the day, a helper is often better: helpers don’t take a host seat.
