How do we make the best man a helper?
On the Team page, add a helper and tick what they look after: photos, the guestbook or song requests. They help from their phone or the dashboard.

Step by step
Ask them to join your wedding first, from your invite link, like any guest.
In your dashboard, open Team and find Helpers.
Under “Add a helper”, choose them, tick what they help with and choose “Make helper”.
They’re told in the app, with a note on what they can do.
Good to know
A helper isn’t a host: they don’t take a host seat, and can’t change your settings, see your guest list or name other helpers.
Photo helpers approve, hide and delete photos; guestbook helpers hide and delete lines; song helpers mark requests played, dismiss them or remove them.
Only what your wedding has can be given to a helper. Downloading the guestbook stays with you.
