How do we use a partner code?
If your planner, venue or photographer gave you a code, add it when you buy: “Have a partner code?” in Features & billing.

Step by step
Open Features & billing in your dashboard and choose what your wedding needs. Only the wedding’s owner can buy.
Under what you’ve chosen, choose “Have a partner code?”, type the code and choose Apply.
Check the code and the total, then choose Purchase. To buy without it, choose “Remove code”.
Good to know
One code per order. Codes are for buying on the web: the app never asks for one.
A code is checked again at checkout. If it has stopped working since, nothing is charged, and you can clear it to buy at the full price.
If a partner receives a fee for your purchase, checkout says so before you pay: “Referred by Rose & Co. Weddings, who receives a referral fee from Sparkle.”
