How do I record a reply that came by post?
On their invitation in Guest list, open More and choose “Record a reply”. It counts with the rest, and becomes theirs if they join later.

Step by step
In Guest list, find the invitation. It must be one nobody has joined with yet.
Open More on its row and choose “Record a reply”.
Choose “Joyfully accepts” or “Regretfully declines”, then fill in what you know: who’s coming, any children, their answers and a note. Nothing is required.
Save. Your counts and your Overview include it straight away.
Good to know
If they join the app later, the reply is waiting as their own, with a note that you recorded it, and they can change it.
Once they’ve joined, the reply is theirs to change, not yours.
To take it back to “No reply yet”, open More on its row and choose “Clear reply”.
