How do I report or block someone?

Open the “…” on the photo, line or song request. Report it to the couple and Sparkle, or block the person so you no longer see what they share.

Updated

Step by step

  1. Open the “…” (More) on the photo, guestbook line or song request.

  2. To report it, choose “Report…”, pick what’s wrong, add a note if you like, and send.

  3. To report something the couple put up, choose “Report this page” at the foot of one of their pages, “Report” beside the time of one of their messages in the app, or “Report the cover photo” at the foot of Home. If the form asks “What are you reporting?”, you can choose just one photo on the page; a photo it doesn’t list is reported with the whole page.

  4. To block, choose Block and confirm. You won’t see their photos, lines or song requests at this wedding.

  5. To undo a block, open You › Blocked people in the app, or “People you’ve blocked” at the foot of the page in a browser.

Good to know

  • What you report leaves your view at once. The couple aren’t told who reported it, and nor is the person who shared it.

  • They aren’t told you blocked them. They can still see your photos, lines and song requests, but not where you are if you share your location.

  • The photo wall at the venue is one screen for everyone, so blocking doesn’t change it.
