How do we deal with a photo or line we don’t want?
Hide it from guests to keep it for yourselves, or delete it for everyone, for good. Anything a guest reports reaches you on a Reports card.

Step by step
Open the photo or guestbook line, in the dashboard or the app.
Choose “Hide from guests”: you still see it, and other guests see just a line such as “David uploaded a photo”.
Or choose Delete: it goes for everyone, file and all. There’s no undo.
When a guest reports something, a Reports card heads Photos, Guestbook, Song requests or Guest list, and for what you put up yourselves, Look & feel, Pages or Messages. Hide it (a photo or line), delete it, take the guest off your guest list, or dismiss the report.
Good to know
To keep the whole album or guestbook private, set “Guests see” to “Just a log”.
You aren’t told who reported something, and nor is the person who shared it.
A report of your cover photo, a page or a message reaches every host, including whoever put it up.
Hiding or deleting can’t take back a copy a guest has already saved.
