How do I set up the photo wall on the day?

Open Photo wall in your dashboard, choose “Enable wall” and open its link on the venue’s screen. Approved photos join its slideshow within a minute.

Step by step

  1. In your dashboard, open Photo wall and choose “Enable wall”.

  2. On the day, open the wall’s link in the browser of the venue’s TV, projector or laptop, choose “Full screen” and keep it plugged in. The wall keeps the screen awake where the browser allows. It needs no sign-in: choose “Open display” to try it.

  3. Guests scan the QR code in the corner of the screen to share their photos in their browser, or in the app if they have it.

  4. Photos join the slideshow within a minute of being approved, or of being shared if you switch approval off.

Good to know

  • Anyone who can see the screen can scan its QR and join. If the screen can be seen from outside the party, switch off “Show a QR for sharing photos”.

  • The wall’s own link is for the screen, not for guests. If it’s shared by mistake, choose “Get a new link”.

  • Hidden photos never reach the wall, and it pauses while guests see just a log of the photos.

  • Sparkle doesn’t supply the screen. The live photo wall is a £39 add-on.
